1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using the services of North Experts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. North Experts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Booking & Reservations

Booking Process:

• All bookings must be made through our official channels
• A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% is required
• Final payment must be received 15 days before departure
• Payment via bank transfer, card, or cash
• Invoice will be issued upon confirmation

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest:

• More than 30 days before departure: 70% refund
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund applicable

4. Participant Requirements & Safety

Health Requirements:

• Minimum age for trekking: 8 years (with adults)
• Must be in good physical health
• Medical conditions must be disclosed
• Pregnant women should consult professionals
• Participants over 60 may need medical fitness certificate

Safety Obligations:

• Follow all safety instructions provided
• Wear appropriate gear and equipment
• Carry valid travel and medical insurance
• Report health issues immediately
• Not attempt dangerous activities unsupervised

5. Price & Payment Terms

Price Inclusions:

• Accommodation as specified
• Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Transportation per schedule
• Professional guide services
• Entry permits and fees
• Porter and horse services (where applicable)

Price Exclusions:

• International and domestic flights
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses and tips
• Alcoholic beverages
• Visa fees

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Tour activities involve inherent risks including physical injury or illness. By booking, you assume all risks.

Mandatory Insurance:

• Valid health/medical insurance
• Travel evacuation insurance
• Personal accident insurance
• Comprehensive travel insurance

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to:

• Respect local culture, customs, and traditions
• Follow all instructions from guides and staff
• Maintain environmental conservation
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Treat fellow participants with respect
• Respect wildlife and natural habitats
• Photography only with permission

8. Itinerary Changes

North Experts reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions and seasonal changes
• Safety concerns or emergencies
• Road conditions or accessibility issues
• Local festivals or events
• Government regulations or restrictions

Alternative activities of similar value will be offered. No compensation for unavoidable changes.

9. Photography & Media Rights

By booking, you grant permission to photograph you during the tour for marketing, promotional, website, and educational purposes. Notify us during booking if you do not consent.

10. Visa & Travel Documents

Participants are responsible for:

• Valid passports (6+ months beyond travel dates)
• Necessary visas before arrival
• Travel insurance and vaccination certificates
• All entry and exit requirements
• Carrying original travel documents

North Experts is not responsible for visa-related issues.

11. Environmental Responsibility

North Experts is committed to sustainable tourism. Participants must:

• Minimize environmental impact
• Follow "Leave No Trace" principle
• Dispose of waste responsibly
• Respect wildlife and habitats
• Support local conservation efforts
• Follow environmental regulations

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and North Experts regarding your tour booking.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
